Released September 2nd, 2008 for the fall roll-out is this Card called "Un Momento Tuo", which is printed at the extreme top of the Card. In Italian, this means "A Moment Yours" but marketed as "Enjoy the Moment".

Green Cups Starbucks Card

Green Cups

This Starbucks Card is called "Green Cups", and has many new features .

Released at the end of August 2010, this Card is the first to be made with at least 80% post-industrial recycled materials. The sirens eye is still placed in the top right corner, but the STARBUCKS CARD line is centered to the left of the sirens eye. The clear panel that once was on the far right of the Card is now gone, making this a completely white Card.* As far as the design, drawings of different size green and gold tumblers and coffee cups spread horizontally across the middle of the card. The one standout is the white paper cup on the left.

Collectors note: Over time this Card will be re-released with different serial numbers. This is the latest version of the "core" series, and as with previous core releases, it will be readily available for a couple years.

* In 2001 Starbucks had the "Test" and "Merchandise" credit, and the "Store" credit that is still used today. These are the only other all white Cards, and can be seen on the Unique page.

Fall Braille Starbucks Card

Fall Braille

The Fall Braille (also known as Fall Leaves) Starbucks Card is yet another first for the Starbucks Card. This Card is designed with colored autumn leaves, but the striking feature is the actual braille to the left of the new sirens eye (logo). The Card was punched with STARBUCKS in the Braille format (click magnifying glass for closer look). This design is universal and can be used worldwide. October is also National Disability Awareness Month.
The Braille system is a method that is widely used by blind people to read and write, and was the first digital form of writing that was devised in 1825 by Louis Braille. Each Braille character, or cell, is made up of six dot positions, arranged in a rectangle containing two columns of three dots each. A dot may be raised at any of the six positions to form sixty-four (2 6 ) possible subsets, including the arrangement in which no dots are raised.

Twilight 2011"aka"City Nights"

Released in October 2011 is a new core design, based from the Twilight Retreat Card from 2007. The Starbucks official name is "City Nights." It is however being promoted as a morning Card - for the early riser, but looks like a copy of the original Twilight Card.
The theme of both the 2007 and this 2011 version are the same. The painting portrays the various elements of a Starbucks store including the outside table and chairs, the large windows with drapes and the overall feel of the time of day.

Twilight Starbucks Card US version

Twilight

Released late September 2007 is the Twilight Card. The official name from Starbucks is "Twilight Retreat".
This Card is the epitome of what we do at Starbucks and portrayed in a very colorful Starbucks Card. It shows two people in comfy green chairs, chatting and enjoying their coffee. This Card also has a painting texture on the reverse, a first for any Starbucks Card. The painting portrays the various elements of a Starbucks store including the outside table and chairs, the large windows with drapes and the overall warmth during the Twilight of the day.

"Wish" and "Winter Dog Walking" Starbuck Card

"Wish" and "Winter Dog Walking"

Christmas 2009
Released in the United Kingdom, Canada, Hong Kong*, Thailand*, Australia and Greece* the first part of November 2009, and to be released in the United States November 17th, 2009, are the two new Christmas/Holiday Starbucks Cards for the season.

The first is "Wish", or officially called "Holiday Wish", a Christmas ornament with the wording "wish" with a red background and subtle pine tree. NOTE: This is the first time the image of the Card has an overlay into the clear part of the Card (notice the pine needles under the Starbucks sirens eye).

The second is "Winter Dog Walking", a scene you might see in a large city with people coming and going in winter attire. In the foreground is a woman walking a small dog, wrapped in his own knitted winter coat.

Thank You 2011 Starbuck Card US Version

Thank You 2011

March and April 2011 have been busy months for Starbucks Cards. This is the new "Thank You", released May 3rd 2011, replacing the Thank You Card from a year earlier (May of 2010). This reason for the quick turn around was the new logo replacement.
Danke is Thank You in German, Mahalo is Hawaiian, Gracias is Spanish, Merci is French, Arigato is Japanese, xie xie ni is Chinese and finally Thank You is English.
